Bringing some old accounts back on the scene and having some issues

Maybe someone can help me here, I have about 8 accounts I am trying to start back up. Right now I am getting a verification check point for the first one. When I try to hit the verification tool with IGER like i get this.

We could not find the Instagram ID for this account necessary to make actions. Please try relog your account.

I can't seem to find another way to login to the account. Has anyone ran into this problem before. I believe it is a phone verification and I have a phone # ready to go.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

EDIT: Sorry, Jumped the gun on this. For anyone running into the future problem here, I took the proxy and logged in through a webpage. However, I had a verification and it kept sending the SMS to my old phone registered to the account, which was just a burner so I had to login through the email I created for the account. Just a heads up if anyone is wondering.
