bring traffic to website?

I am looking to bring traffic to my landing page through google and been trying to do a lot of research but never figured out what the best solution is, i even tried paid marketing campaigns but each click costs like $0.4! which is insane. So i wonder if there is a software or anything like that where i can search and post the website url in to open groups? Do you think that's a good idea to bring traffic to the website? if not do you guys have any other suggestions?

$0.40 is only insane when you don't consider the lifetime value of your customers. You're doing too much, too soon. Are you asking about search engines, ppc, or group spam? Focus on 1 avenue, and block out all others. Master 1 traffic source before branching out to the next.

there is no lifetime value of my customers i just need traffic, which method would you consider being the best to go with?

If you want "just traffic" there are many methods. You can buy traffic from many websites and by using software.
