Bring traffic to website AD on Facebook

I’m very new to this forum and would like to have your suggestion. I’m thinking of making a “bring traffic to your website” store. I will be selling clicks/visitors. Is it possible to advertise such website on Facebook or it is against their TOS? Please let me know, thank you.

I think thats not under facebook policy but nowdays they blocked everything make sure you have no sexual content , no gambling , no anything that thier AI scrapper can recgonize as some thing that not according thier policy.
