Bring the Fresh?

Has anyone used Bring the Fresh? How are the resources and how has your experience been?
Also, people often say it takes a lot of "work."
What do they mean by work?

It takes a "lot of work" because people were expecting to just buy the guide and make money instantly by pressing this huge red button without doing anything at all. There is really nothing new in Bring the Fresh if you have been around BHW for a while, a lot of the information inside can be found for free here and on other places.
