Anyone used these two PPC sites? are they alright or i should forget about it? kindly let me know.

Breezeads seem not legit. Last month I joined them and reach the minimum payout but currently I have not see my money in pocket.
In the meantime, I register with eleavers, the network has the same ugly design as breeze. But so lucky to me that they paid after 30 days.

In all 2 networks, there are no page to make request payment so it seem annoy.

If you are unable to use Adsense on your site i think the best thing you can do is advertise as an affiliate related to your niche.
It brings the most profit
