Hello I saw a post where you edited some ones logo then you could edit there ID even if its from a differnt state if you wanted to. I have taken a image and edited my self making it a blank template.

Im not a newb with photoshop but to complete the rest would take more than the average skill probably.

What I am doing is editing a social security card. One that looks around 25 years old.

I have made one completly blank just needing to edit the rest with the information.

you tell me the price for the job. There isnt much to do except add the number, name, and name signature. But if you did want to finish the rest I couldnt pay you untill my paypal account is setup to send you the funds for the job. I know your sick of hearing that but I would send you the money once everything is setup and ready.

Let me know if this is ok with you and you want to do it. Then I will send you the image and tell you what information to on it.

I think you should send all discussion details to paypal with emails received and chat messages. 90% if you have submitted proper documents to paypal, paypal will give you funds.
