Ok, so it's been almost 2 months, since I did a logo for his site: http://bidstealth.com Seemed like a cool guy at first.

    This is the logo: http://impalersoftware.com/design/bidstealth2.png

Here's the skype log from the start to the point where I actually receive the payment, you can see he was satisfied with my work:
I uploaded the logo to the site, received cash, then few days later I get a paypal dispute:
Even though I provided all the evidence to paypal, they returned cash to him:

Never got the cash, so I asked again:

Haven't seen him on skype since then, so I decided to write an email, to which I never got a response:
Today I went on 'Hire a Freelancer' and noticed that he has posted a post and called him out: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/hire-freelancer/451475-wtb-fake-id-verification-only.html

Then I got a PM from another member, which I guess is his second account 'D4RK KNIGHT':

Still no payment. All this nonsense just because I had a hosting payment coming, my paypal was empty, so I though I'm just gonna do a mini project to cover the bill, lol

so instead of locking the other thread as OldSalt suggested, it got deleted and instead of BreakTheCycle2 getting banned so he doesn't rip off others (you can obviouslly tell that he had problems with other people from the chatlog, not just me) he just chills online? fucking score!

What's the point of shitlist if it's not taken care of? Is there a limit how much someone has to rip you off for, before something gets done? redicilous

Whoa... chill a little bit. A mod just deleted the other thread - that doesn't mean that this SL has concluded. Mods generally don't jump on SL threads right away - they give them a little time to 'percolate'... If 5 days or so go by without a Mod stopping in and posting in here, send a PM to one that you recognize or that you see online and give them the URL and ask if they could take a few minutes to check it over. Again, give it time and there's a good chance they will.

At that point they will 'start the clock' on BreakTheCycle2 to give him time to respond.

This isn't over yet, just give it the time it needs... k?

breakthecycle2 was permbanned, he was also known as Dysfunction. He is not, however, D4RK KNIGHT, at least as far as I can tell.

Rotten, glad to see things ended up with the perma-ban - as expected... but keep in mind that even when you msg a mod, they have ALOT on their plate with these forums and that's not even taking into effect what could be going on in their lives outside of here... so when you PM a mod, if it's been a few days - they were just busy when you sent it - it happens. It's not like any of them were ignoring you on purpose... k?

I can say from my own experience that mods of bhw working fine and doing very good job. They are always very helpful and not biased towards any one ever. I am feeling sorry for OP, who done a job but face this type of payment dispute. I think you should send all discussion details to paypal with emails received and chat messages. 90% if you have submitted proper documents to paypal, paypal will give you funds.

    MrX,

    1) Op was the seller - he created a logo for breakthecycle2, got paid for the logo via PayPal and breakthecycle2 disputed the payment and as often is the case with PP, the buyer (breakthecycle2) won the dispute even though the seller (RottenYellow) had provided the proper service.

    2) Look at the timeline - we're talking over 2 months ago. Even if it was disputable again (it isn't), it would be beyond the time that you could dispute it.

    3) Fortunately for RottenYellow - it was only a small amount that he lost. - just $20
