@OP: Do you have any legit source that can confirm this? PTCL is not PTA so if BHW is not working in PTCL that doesn't mean it is blocked in every other ISP.
Anyways, I am using Wi-tribe and BHW is loading fine.

I think serious IMers will move abroad, they should have enough money. But yeah, you can use a proxy. Just a tip.

I read a thread here on BHW yesterday. It was closed by DD. This is true and happening in Pakistan !

But the site is blocked by PTA Not ptcl
I have friend in PTA I have to talk him to unblock our lovely world bhw.

This is not good for Pakistani brother but why PTA or Pakistani government ban it in Pakistan?

Selfish Goverment They Don't Want us To Earn Money Online In Dollars . They Just Want To Borrow Money From World Bank And Other Countries And Fill Their Banks .. Un-Educated People are in Goverment They Shut Down YouTube... But There is Lots And Lots Of People Here in Pakistan Using YouTube For Education People. But They Banned YouTube. .. Actaully Our Goverment Don't Banned Sites They Banned Pakistani Peoples..
