Breaking a 1 box in Google local?

I hate being dependent on Google. Monday I was #2 in local for my highest searched kw's. Thats a 2 to 3 spot move up. Great, but lots of crazies calling me. Then Google decided to one box every one of my terms leaving me with nothing. Plus there isnt even a "show more local results" link like there always has been.
I still show up 4 to 7 in SERPS but thats not where i get my calls from. I have to use my cmpany name to show up in local and people just dont search for that eveb though my main search terms are in my domain name.In the past this has only lasted for a day or less. its been 3 days now that ive been depending on adwords as the only way to show up.
How can i break this one box so someone else in this town can get some results?

I have another 3 year ol taxi domain and phone number. I feel like just making a new local site except address are all mail verified here now. My mail address is miles from the google center spot and the post office at that spot is closed. If i can find a way around this, maybe ill just hit the fake site and ohone number with everything i can for backlinks. Id rather ruin an old unused domain than my branded one.

Still one box. No calls for four days execpt my regulars.
