Break out the spoon

Although I've done a fair bit of SEO I've never delved into other aspects of the game. Right now there's a credit card offer that gives 25,000 to anyone in Canada that signs up and 10,000 to the referrer. The points get you a return flight most places in N.America, but I also have a small trick to turn it into 4 Toronto-New York tickets. I'm not trying to get into anything huge, but if I could refer 20 people it would mean a nice vacation for the kids. Any input on how you would do it? Start a facebook page and target people? Find email list to offer through? Find someone with a Canadian facebook page to post it?

All of things you said would work. Also add twitter to your arsenal.
