Brazilian/Portuguese backlinks

I'm looking for Brazilian or Portuguese backlinks (.pt, .com.br, .br). I own a .com website, but I have several articles there in Portuguese, and especially one of them I would like to rank better on Google. I assume I will need backlinks for my article to move from a 40+ position to the first page. Topics: spirituality, dream interpretations, mysticism..
