Brazilian advertiser verification

Recently, I've noticed an increase in Google Ads verified with Brazilian identification. When I click on the 'See more ads' option in 'My Ad Centre' under advertiser verification, I see nothing—0 ads displayed, and I can’t even find the name of the advertiser. Is this some kind of loophole that advertisers are exploiting, or has there been a significant rise in people from Brazil engaging in affiliate marketing lately?

Sounds interesting. Can your method be applied with multiple accounts?
I have about 100+ advertiser verifications pending, and I am looking for a method to get this done in-house.
Anything you can share more about which may help me?

Due to recent july core update the ads transparency results are not accurate.
