Hi, you know anyone who has decent CPA (or affiliate) offers for Brazil traffic.

Also would be great if any can be content-locked (for Brazil again).

I think all traffic of Brazil, with content blocker will not convert very well: S, the people here are too "afraid" to any online purchase or other thing.
