I have plans to set up a domain to downtalk a company. They dont take care of their costumers and its time for them to suffer.

All content on the site will consist of argumentation based on why you not should get involved with the company.

So my plan is to outrank them on their on brand name in the serp. They have about 100 in. links so it is no bigger problem. I will buy following domain (brandname.n*) they got (brandname.c*m)

Now to the question: I now it can be a question for lawsuit and stuff like that.
So is't enough to use whois protection? Or should I use another method to register the domain anonymous?

Someone with experience please tell me your brandjacking story!

use off-shore anonymous bullet proof hosting. whois protection is useless in that respect because us registrars will quickly give up your info.

There is a bunch of those offshore hosting sites and they are offering a lot of tech stuff that I dont really understand. What more specific will I need?

If this isn't making you money is it really worth the time and effort? I guess it's justice but yea I would certainly consider the rammifications. Preserve your anonymity well if the company you're hurting has any success.
