Brander for book series needed!

I'm looking for a brander for a book series I want to make. The ebook cover should have similar font and layout so it can be a recognizable brand.

I want someone who knows what ebook cover design structure is marketing or sellable. Anyone know where I can get this service?

I've looked in Fiverr but only seemed to find ebook cover designers that want instruction.

The designers i'm looking for on Upwork are a bit too expensive, and would charge me for every revision.

I was thinking about hiring a brand consultant, but not sure what they do.
