I was wondering whether we are able to list branded products without being at risk of becoming suspended? In this case otterbox cases.

You can list anything on Ebay. There are countless resellers selling otterbox cases.

Are they Real? Then Yes if not you may run the risk of your account of suspension down the road.

Well as long as you sell really slow and you get feedback from sales. Because I know people who have sold real and not real stuff and its all the same for them.

I'd stay away from branded items. I tried selling them for years. I've probably had over 100 accounts suspended and tons of money held in paypal. It's nothing but a headache. I'm looking for good unbranded items now.

Ya its pretty much risky to sell branded items. instead of that just engage with the quality non branded items which can satisfy the expectations of the buyers.

These are the stuff you're not supposed to sell on eBay because you void their Protection Policies.
Item's that are prohibited will be removed once your listing is inspected so you really can't list it at all.

Try to have invoices for whatever you are trying to sell, atleast you'll be asked for them once.

If you have low feedback, your account will be suspended. A lot of fake product seller has ruined it for real product sellers.
