brand+password=problem?

I just bought a new domain that is brandpassword .com (brand obviously changes)
Can I have some problem with that, I won't put Adsense, just lock the password
Help me because I don't know if I have to put some effort in this project

Depends how big the brand is. If its something like Google etc then they will surely throw in a huge lawsuit.

is a big brand, but the password won't be on the websites, but in mediafire or other share site, I have to change this domain??

Are you actually sharing passwords? That's probably illegal.
The brand can take the domain any time they want.

not at the moment, aniway the password won't be on the website but in other one, as mediafire or megaupload
