Brand New Twitter account - suggested limits

hey all. I normally deal with aged accounts (my own). I just set up a few new twitter accounts and I'm wondering what parameters you guys might suggest for follow/unfollow without getting suspended. Obviously Twitter's guidelines are worthless IMO. Thanks in advance.

My advice, don't touch it at least for a week (only tweet) and after that start following like 10 people a day and slowly ramp it up to about 200 a/day in a month

I usually start following 30-50 a day then bump it up when i reach 1000 following

Sounds good. Thanks guys. How long to wait before unfollowing do you think. And how many at a time?

you can start follow people from the first day. 20-30 in hour is ok, then after 2-3 days look at them who aren't followed you and unfollow. I used manageflitter for this
