Very precise view, but I need to further information regarding above first points (generate organic traffic & increasing an Authority with PBNs links). you said all is okay but "RELEVANCY is IMPORTANT" and this points plays an important role while creating guest post and getting powerful PBNs to your money websites. Specially at domain level or page level.

What do you think RELEVANCY plays an important role in 2023?

it's important to approach this organically. Instead of focusing solely on buying backlinks, focus on building high-quality and relevant backlinks naturally over time

This is a very vague sentence, in my opinion, the bots cannot understand the meaning of the text, they look for other things like quantity.

Social media should be the first sites from which your site receives links.
Start by linking to the site from your personal profiles. That is, in the biography of the account, add the link to the site, and put yourself as the owner.

Then you can continue with links from Social Media groups. That is, you find discussions in which you can refer to your website, and post from your personal account. Something like: "Hello. I'm X, owner of company Y and we specialize in A, B, C. You can contact us for help".

Then you can do the same on forums. Search for forums within your niche, create a profile and start helping others on those forums, also referring to your website.

at the same time try to publish good quality articles as much you can 20-30 Max.
