brand name in url

I starting an affiliate site about a brand, the brand name will be in the url and the site will be informative about this brand...

Obviously I couldn't care less about this brand and am only doing it for affiliate purposes, is this legal?

Or can they complain about that, I do not see many sites that employ my strategy so I am a bit worried about legal issues...
