Brand Name Domains

If you use a domain that has brand name in it to host a site that does product reviews and sells that product without being a direct affiliate of the company
Ie: Selling though amazon
Will you have legal action taken against you? Will your site get taken away? What are the risks if any?

depends, they would first contact you, then contact you hosting provider, then take legal action. It would happen in these steps.

All depends on how much effort they want to put in and how much profit they feel you are taking away from them.

A name like Coca-Cola is copyrighted as you are unable to use that (or they could take action against you).

Although, many people don't bother, they are able to do so.
