Anyone can say how to know when my website is considered a brand or an authority?
If Rand Fishkin has not mentioned your website in a whiteboard friday then I'm afraid its just not big enough yet to be considered to be an authority website.
You can go checking your domain authority with MOZ but a lot of times that number can be affected by blasting links. The best way to know is when your inner pages are ranking pretty decently automatically sometime after they been indexed. This shows Google thinks you have some sort of authority in that niche and gives more priority to your pages.
...when you don't have to ask if it's a brand or an authority.
When you are making $50,000+ a month, then it is a brand and an authority website!
If you follow the stalwarts of the industry closely you'd know when your website is considered a brand.
If you search google in particular niche and you see one site whos inner pages ranking at the top for every related long tail keywords - it's an authority site.
Mostly it depends:
When you earn $10000+ per month then its authority site for you
When your all pages ranked well in Google then its authority website for your competitor
When your website metrics DA, PA, TF, CF more than 50+ then its authority site for guest posting
Now the website carry all features mention above is known as Authority Website.
Separate names with a comma.
