brain match website, match EEG to EEG

i have an android app called eegID, it can record RAW EEG and save it as a CSV file. i thought of creating a web site to compare CSV with CSV, user to user and match if it can match. it could be like facebook but with EEG as a way to find people. you would upload the RAW EEG CSV (or txt) file then select % match to scan. you scan 1% match you find a user totally different than yourself. or you could scan 100% someone exactly like yourself.

here`s the steps

buy TGAM from alibaba https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/TGAM-Starter-Kit-Brainwave-Sensor-EEG_62513133878.html
buy batteries
download eegID from the app store
install eegID on your phone
connect it with blue tooth to TGAM sensor and the phone
record EEG every 1 ms for 60 minutes (eegID option)
save the file in winrar
copy the column RAW EEG from the CSV file
save it as text (.txt) file
upload the text file on brainmatch website (doesnt exist)
you have the option search people by percent match, auto friend them by hundreds
the text file with RAW EEG will be compared with other user`s text file
it will give match results
most interesting thing in the world

it requires a data center server from thinkmate to process the files it compares. reduced to TXT for less computing

does anyone want to create it. it can instantly work on upwork. with a website design for 100 dolllars

I like the idea OP but you'll need someone with a lot of sales knowledge to be able to sell the idea and come up with USPs. The fact the user has to buy a device is also a bit of a roadblock, but one you can potentially montetize by selling/dropshipping it yourself.
