Brain Dump Recommendations

Can anyone recommend brain dumps that are decent? I know you are not suppose to use them for testing, but trying to help a friend sitting for network + and security + in a couple of months. He has spent almost 10 months doing self study and these tests are expensive, so I am trying to find some solid resources for studying so that he has a better chance of passing.
