Brad1001's WP Plugin and Impressions

So... i was curious about this plugin... if you don't know it redirects to your CPA offer but leaves the referrer as a post on your WP blog instead of the redirect link

What i was wondering does the CPA get suspicious when you have a huge CTR like close to 100%, because every time you use it it should get an impression and a click right...

Basically how do you get around this....

No where you should give them a chance to see how much traffic your blog gets.

So:

1.) Don't use aff. code that pulls an image from their servers.
Take the banner and put it as an image on your blog. Link the banner with your aff. url.

The best way is to use text links. When asked tell them you think banners are out or you don't want the banners to mess up your design.
You use text links in your posts as that is the place where your visitors eyes are.

2.) Never allow them to put a tracking pixel on your site.

so if i use text links i will have no impressions but clicks right? and they will be okay with this?

some networks are ok, but you can ask your AM before doing it and explain him why you want use text links (e.g. banners will mess your design, etc)

You could have asked these questions in the original thread - in fact I suspect they have already been covered.

As mentioned, host the banners on your site, use text links, or even use your own creatives (allowed by some advertisers).

From my experience and (many others), there is no problem doing the above. In fact, many PPC pros remove tracking data from their sites to prevent AMs/networks ripping them off!
