Good day everyone! I want to ask anyone for any advice regarding my concern.
Below are the things that I have or will have:
I am from the Philippines
Have 10 computers (can add more if needed)
Can have up to 10mbps internet connection
Can hire up to 30 workers who are fluent in english, each working 8 hours everyday
Can hire an SEO/BPO expert as an adviser

A. What do you guys think? Should I make it an SEO company or a BPO?
B. Which is easier to start?
C. Which has a better earning potential and better pay to employees?
D. What other things should I consider?

I appreciate your every response. Thank you IMers!

Could start a virtual assistant service with that man power, but training will be your biggest issue I guess.
Dont know what BPO is:-) Something related to a call center?

Business process outsourcing, that is exactly like you mentioned of virtual assistant service.

Yea BPO is a good way to go, but managing them is a pain in the ass.

Thank you guys I appreciate it. If I were to start a BPO, do you know a site where I can look for clients?

As per management, I know some close friends who has 4-8 years of experience in call centers, I hope it's enough to give me important pointers.

I can consider virtual assistants too, but don't you think it is hard to compete with others out there who offer the same thing? I see some members in here offering them and I can say that their rates are pretty low. What do you guys think?

I think you can find some call center job in odesk or elance, i have found some highly rated VA there.

If i were you, i would build my content writing empire since fillipino are good and cheap with english writing, you can try digging into that.

You don't have to actually compete in price, some very cheap service here but are total crap, i would suggest you to choose 1 field that you can highly manage to provide good service, than having broad niches but having nothing good at all.

Thank you for this. You gave me a very nice idea. I think I can divide my people to do different tasks. A part of it write articles, etc. etc. depends on their skills. Noted! Thanks again.

Question, can you find long term clients in sites like odesk or elance?

Go for BPO it will be much easier for you to handle. SEO service providers work much longer than 8 hrs per day.

Thanks luccha! Do you guys think pay-per-call affiliate programs are the best way to start a BPO? Until we find regular clients?
