BP Domain Registrars?

Anyone actually have EXPERIENCE with BULLET-PROOF domain registrars?

Not for spamming but rather just for domain names and websites which might generate complaints.

I'm looking for registrars who just don't give a shit and will tell complainants to stuff it!

I don't know if there are really any bullet proof registrars since they all have to abide by the rules of ICANN. I'd imagine Moniker (since they claim they're the safest) and ResellerClub (because they're from India). If you want to get closer to bulletproof maybe try registering CCTLDs at local registrars (example reg .cn names as opposed to any of the mainstream stuff).
