Micro-Niche Sites

I would like to have this plan on a schedule. We will work out a schedule of due dates for content/article writing/back-linking/etc. in the beginning and then meet to chat, exchange and upload at specified times throughout the week. I am looking for someone that is independent and can make deadlines. No flakiness, if you are not committed please do not contact me.

Rough Plan:

The entire plan will be created between us prior to starting anything.

The rough plan is to research(important) and purchase 5 micro-niche domains, upload a wp theme across all of them and configure plugins / analytics. Then upload the necessary disclaimer/contact/etc. pages. After this, the "content cycle" will begin where we will start having due dates on the content to fill the site. The "link-building cycle" will follow a week behind the content cycle where article submissions etc. will be due. We will set goals in the beginning of the month and assess them at the end to determine whether more domains should be added.
