Bounce rate

Hi,
how does google react to bounce rate? If my website is visited 300 times per day, and I have a bounce rate back to google of 30% in 2 minutes, and 70% of the visiters do not return to google, but continues to another website through mine...What is most valuable in google ranking to have 500 visitors and a bounce rate of 80%?

I can't compete with number of visitors, but I'm sure I can double the visitors exiting through my site. How would this affect my ranking in google?

Google wants to know that you're giving your visitors te best possible experience.

The best way G knows this is if they see visitors land on your site and stay forever, clickig and reading everything. The way to do this is to have lots of internal links in your articles with clickbait anchor texts.

Yes, visitors exiting through your site is better than them bouncing back to google... but your goal should be to keep them on your site for as long as possible, capture their email to bring them back for more, and sell them something once they trust you...

Make your content engaging or at least worth reading, add some videos to the topic, include related posts after every article. Bounce rate should never be a problem with quality content. With the SERPs and algo all f***ed up, you (actually, everybody) should be focusing more on grabbing your visitors attention, keeping them on your site longer, and making them comeback.

Or just add plugin (if you`re using WP) or script (if you`re using non-wp site) when people click back then they will be redirected to some nice offer. You get 0 bounce rate and make money from "exit clicks". Using these methods won`t get penalized (unless the scripts get well-known to Google).
