Bounce Rate questions

I am developing a travel / giveaway site. It is travel information yet I'm driving traffic with quizzes and giveaways. I have done fairly well so far with getting traffic to the site.
The software that I use for the quizzes / games is easypromoapp.com I can embed the quiz in my site, however, when the "play" button is clicked
it opens on their server. "Their" being easypromoapp.com Ideally I would rather it fun from my site, but not possible with this software. They have features and products
that really like so for now I'll stay with them. I have another company that I will use in the future but it's kinda pricey. I'll grow into that later.

Here is my question - when someone comes to my site, they choose the quiz/contest that they would like to play, once they click the play it goes to the other sever -
does Google consider this a 'bounce"? Will I get less credit for the visitors if they are going off to the other site and returning to my site once concluded?

I hope I described this ok and I very much appreciate anyone answering.

A bounce means someone clicks your site in google, then clicks the go back button, in order to check other sites listed in google.
What you describe is not a bounce, as users are clicking forward, not backward.

It means you have not written proper content on your page or website

Ok thank you - I thought it meant that they came to the site and just left in any manner. Thanks so much!!
