    Use senuke xcr web2.0's for 1st tier, make sure to use at least 95% unique and readable content.
    For 2nd and lower tiers use social bookmarks, article directories etc..
    For 3rd tier wiki and forum profiles.

    You can watch tutorials over youtube as suggested above.
