Bought my first PBN domain :)

Hi, I finally bought my first PBN domain, it was a hard work. It have passed 6 days since I started searching for domains and I feeled stressed because I couldn't find any domain. I tweaked my method for finding domains and this is the domain I bought, please give me your opinion:

Pagerank:3
DA 22
PA 35
DMOZ link
172 backlinks / 74 refering domains
Good link profile
Good anchor / no spam
Good archive.org / no drops
TF: 35 CF:20

However, the domain is not indexed, but I think that is not penalized because it has Page rank, what do you think?

It was a domain owned by an hotel.

It costed me 50$.

Page rank isn`t a metric to follow anymore. Add content and see how it gets indexed.

$50 is too much for one expired domain.

Domain looks good. Add some content, a clean wordpress theme and it will get indexed.

It's good to see that someone brought that up for once, although PageRank is still included in the algorithm, Google just doesn't tell anyone what their PageRank is now.

The domain is not expired.

Seems good to me, the only way to really find out is by getting it indexed again.

looks good.. try checking the archive page you might get an idea how the page was before

Seems ok from what you said but you'll only really find out after you add some new content and try to index it.
