Bought Domain at auction..Help!

I just bought a 2yr old domain with the keyword of Hotel Deals, or Cheap hotels...What do you think I should do with the site? I want to install a hotel booking script or WordPress theme for finding hotel deals. Any ideas? Any advice is appreciated. Its a pretty good domain name and I think I can get it ranked, but I Usually just build wordpress blogs so this would be new for me...

That's what I'm going to do, but I want to get more for it by having an up and running site as opposed to just the domain name...
 
I had a couple of those with hotelscombined.com affiliate white label sites up on them. If you do your keyword research right and find a city or destination to base the words "my target city cheap hotel" or "target city hotel deals" you can do OK.
 
i recommend go with wordpress. Do some posts of deals, update those posts monthly. plus do guides, tips, try to do over 100 posts, build domain authority. You posts will rank. and its best for domain/site.
 
You could reuse the hotel review idea with a wordpress and post hotel reviews and get some aff on top of it ?
 
Scrape out tripadvisor etc and smash it with content and links... I'd go the auto blog route and then sell it on 12 months later, but that's just my thinking.

Adsense and Agoda pop up for the win ;)
 
I think I might do some reviews of Local hotels..Seattle, Portland, OR, Bellevue, WA. Would an auto blog work for this? What is the best auto blog software for WordPress? Or should I try to get a hotel script and do that instead? Also, if anyone is good at determining domain name value I would like to talk as I have bought several lately...Thank for the help guys.
 
Or you can build up a price comparison site fetching information from various sites like expdedia, booking etc and target a local market using that info. Gradually you can gain somewhat authority if you do it right and then sell it :)
