Bought an old domain but not appearing in google

I bought an old domain a few days back.The domain registrar remained the same but obviously,i had to change the registrant infnce i bought it,i also started adding a few blog posts.

Now the problem is when i search for domain name in google,it is not appearing.Its been 10 days but still there is no results.What could be the problem?There are quite a few links to the domain and all the pages are fully cached.

Is this happening since Google thinks i might be gaming their system by buying an old domain?

Note:the domain was fine before i bought it.So i am very sure i did not buy an already-banned domain.i checked everything and it was totally fine.

Form where did you bought it?Expiring domain?Try to do a few social bookmarking and ping your site to notify G that your site exists.

Humm... You already checked and it's not banned then don't worry keep building site and promoting it and soon it will start appearing in search engines... it happens some times... After long time domain got some updation and Search engines are just taking little longer to accept it... I have face same situation lots of time, nothing to worry...
