Bought an Expired domain but!!

Hi guys.

Before 2 weeks I've bought an expired domain from godaddy auction.

The domain was on bidding and I won the bidding for 30$.

The domain age is 3 years old and it is .info

The weired thing that I haven't ever thought to check the domain status ( backlinks, inlinks and outlinks, etc) today after I finished all my works and preparing to build a website for this domain I checked the domain status and it has about 38k backlinks!! I checked again using Yahoo and it is a 38k links then I opened my Market samurai and checked again and it shows the same and all the backlinks are LIVE!! and thousands of websites has an anchor text for my domain and they are all live and they use the same keywords I was going to use also another thing the domain is has a very good repetition in many blogs I've checked

Isn't that weird why would the owner give up his domain that easy?

I just started purchasing these types of sites. Do you know if anyone has written a decent ebook or a course about building traffic with expired domains?

You are very lucky. Every once and a while, friends of mine are able to find such good deals. To answer your question, some people are just inexperienced when it comes to knowing the true value of a domain name.

how about if the domain was sandboxed or banned from google? how do u know ?
