I bought a domain at networksolutions and i want to use a Free host, how can i do that? its so hard to find stuff on this website.

google "free host domain", find a company that allows you, then redirect the nameservers to it

yep, fine a free hosting company that allows you to host your own domain for free and on their site you will find instructions how to set up the whole thing
