Paypal doesnt cover it in buyer protection! What do i do guys?

Dropking.com was the software I bought, the seller seemed nice until I asked for a refund since it did not do what it was supposed to do which was catch domains.

How long have you owned Dropking? Dan offered me a 7 day money back guarantee after I got completely screwed by Snatcher.

I've been using DropKing for a year and never seen it not work. You need to learn how domain drops work, when is the best time to try and catch domains and then understand there are literally thousands competing against you for oftentimes the same domains.

DropKing makes no guarantee it will catch the domains you're after. It is API query software and currently the best there is for some APIs. If you purchased it thinking it would guarantee you success catching very competitive domains then you made the mistake. If DropKing queries Dynadot's API (which it has done for the last year I've used it) as advertised and you're not successful catching the domain you're after because the API is busy or someone else beat you to the domain then you can't blame DropKing.

Thanks for explaining dropking..

So then why has he not returned my money? He said if it did not work again after trying it he would but no response from him. Can you email him and tell him to take a look?

Fuck people, PayPal offers standard 60 days money back guarantee. Any disputes will result in the favor of the buyer unless you really want to loose your paypal status and get your money frozen for another 180 days due fraud.

Jeesh... I just got an email from a guy who have been 3 months away and never got a chance to use our blog network tool - what do I do? I refund, no questions asked because I understand situation and don't want the problems.

IMHO 90% of the cases disputed in this situation will result in a favor of a buyer.

Who the fuck is a genius to offer 7!!! days money back? Really? READ THE FKIN TOS OF YOUR CC PROCESSOR MOFA.

Client is the king, no matter how much of an asshole he might be. Eat it up and learn from your mistakes.

As for client - never buy from that A-corn again. Send him an asshole whitening product to help his pain...

Soz, but I just hate to see shit like that happen, especially, when I'm on the selling end and never treat my customers that way regardless what they do...

I agree with what kvmcable is saying. I have purchased from DropKing in the past and never had a problem with their software. It does what it promises, but of course it can't guarantee captures.

I still have snatcher. I contacted the guy and it looks like its working now. I will run it tomorrow and see how it works. I could only find one BAD review of Snatcher on the internet since they were all from the same guy.

LMFAO - you haven't looked very hard then. Check his WSO threads for flood of complaints, check Complaint Board with at least 4 complaints all from different people with the latest from 4 months ago. Check his youtube videos with complaints on there from at least 3 different people. Check Dynadot forum with complaints on there.

I"m starting to think you're a shill for Snatcher or Drew Towers. NOBODY I know has made Snatcher work. Not one fuking person and tell me how great it is 6 months from now. Also when you do all your research you'll find Snatcher uses Drew Tower's WHOIS server so Drew knows all your targeted domains before you have a prayer of catching a domain. You're doing the research for him and he's catching your domains.

You start bragging up Drew Towers or Snatcher software you better GTFO.

Snatcher's refund policy link:

http://www.dropcatches.com/refund-policy/

Snatcher is sold under a no refund policy. Purchasers of Snatcher or any n3twork.com software products have no right to cancellation.

NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN if you purchase the software.

That's the Drew Towers refund policy that now you brag about. The only time you see this refund policy is after you find his software doesn't work.

You struck a raw nerve bringing this scammer to BHW.

Hey, fuck you!

If he wants a refund, he is entitled to one unless guys who sell it are too cheap to give back a fucking 147$... seriously? have all this stink and shit over a fraking 150$. Well, its too late anyway. Stink is out. Bare it with grace, give the guy back his money. He has rights to it unless you want your gaypal account frozen. I can arrange that for a tiny fee :D

I would never buy from them anything anyway. It's on my and my clients permanent shitlist. Welcome to the family.

As for client - go through paypal official channels, they do like their customers.

Let me rephrase what I meant by working. Yesterday I couldn't even get the thing to connect to my API and now it does since he updated it yesterday. Like I said I'll wait until tomorrow to see how it works. E

I would still want to make a point. If you are selling something, be prepared for unhappy customers and, god forbid, make them happy. If they want a refunt - give it to them asap, it will only make you look better - man of your word.

Shit, it is basic marketing. Where are you guys from? Uganda?

As always, the best is always free.
Apart from Adobe products!

Get over yourself Romeo. A business without a clear concise return and refund policy is headed for failure. A business that is run ignoring those policies is also headed for failure.

You know nothing about the time frame of this transaction, the contract entered or the time allowed for a proper response.

Just because you run a business without policies doesn't make it the right thing to do.

PayPal customers are the sellers, not the buyers. Digital delivery of intagible goods rarely gets covered by PP these days. You have a lot of growing up to do.

Yeah, fuck you too lol.. if you did those transactions with cash, it is one deal. However, if you made any electronic trace - credit card transaction, paypal deal, you are fucked and so is your account. there are simple policies stated and whatever you can agree privately unless it is written and signed on the paper and you can actually prove it, you can forget about. you will end up with your account and funds frozen. simple customer protection. if you have cleared your account and are unable to do a refund, which starts to look like a case just because you wanted a new "iThing", you will still get one up the (_x_) and this will be your final day as online business on this market...

If you want to endorse it, I can make a public case outta it - buy couple of products from you and make instant refunds just to make a case here. Sorry, 150$ is nothing here, however I wonder how would your CC processor react to it... most likely no more business and permanent blacklist till world ends.

If your paypal is connected to your bank account you should be able to alert your bank and get a refund.

Even if I paid with Paypal Balance?
