1st one is better overall. BTW, it there any difference in heading in terms of color or anything (Phil Thai) in these two.

i like the second iteration you posted very much, a huge improvement on the first. Although the word 'essentials', which I would move down a bit or spread across so that it's aligned with Phil-Thai.
