Botting without being shadow banned

Is this even possible? Using a safe and low setup, maybe?

I've only had one account shadowbanned when "botting", if that means automation. I currently do around 400-500 follows daily on an account that isn't even a month old yet.
Correct me if Im wrong people, but just because you do automation doesnt mean you get shadowbanned.
Warm up the account and gradually increase the hourly and daily limits until you reach a comfy number.

Just be smart, don't get caught as a bot and you won't have any issues. That's how you should be botting anyways
