Bots Vs Shout outs

I am new to this forum but have been reading posts for a while. I was wondering if any of you guys had experiences with instagram shout outs vs bots. I am running CPA offers on iG so i am looking for clicks on link in bio and conversions on website rather than growing my number of followers etc. I have had good success with a few shout outs but I am wondering if you guys have had any success using bots instead. Since bots are free / cheaper than shout outs, profit margin would obviously be better, but I have not used any yet to try. Just looking for some advice or feedback.

I find shout outs are good but alot of the big IG accounts have low engagement and are way too expensive, this drives my CPC way up and brings my profit down.

Hey welcome to the forum! What you have to understand is bots are not "money making machine".
Bots are just automation software.
Try testing a method manually before trying to automate and scaling it.

what kinds of bots you mean ?? they make no shoutouts , they are helping to grow your account but not post somewhere else.

Thanks for warm welcome. And i would mean using instagram bots as follow bots or like bots and using them to draw attention to my page which would have my affiliate link and funnel them to lander. I do understand that the follows and likes would have to be targeted but all that would matter is if the follow or like would draw enough of attention to get people to my affiliate link and buying. The other option is shout outs, which do cost more but flood a lot faster traffic to the page although sometimes from wrong geo location.

I was wondering if anyone had experience using both in a profitable way and see the pros and cons.

bots are the way to go for what you're doing, shoutouts are for growing big accounts
