Automate account creation on some social media platform, then upload videos, comments or posts promoting your link from a CPA network like OGAds or Adverten. Just make sure to do it manually first, so you know what works and what doesn't.

well I have developed the system for fun and I see it's passing all detection bots mechanisms... I was just wondering how to make money of it, I tried Adsense but ROI is low

Be prepared for a lot of learning. Depending on your target website/platform, using bots can be a nightmare.

Scrape Instagram for phone numbers from doctors and dentists, and then you can sell it to investment banks for cold calling. Some pay you a commission of the investments they managed to acquire, and some pay per lead.
You can also scrape Facebook for people who got their ad account blocked recently, and then offer ad account rental services from companies that rent ad accounts. They pay you a commission on the ad spend of the acquired customer.
If you can generated a big enough email list from people who used specific hashtags like #keto, you can then build a custom audience for running ads, and rent that audience out to marketers who want to target people using #keto (or whatever hashtag related to their products).
The whole aim with bots is either automate repetitive and time-consuming manual tasks or to do things that wouldn't be viable to do manually. So, if you don't already have a way of making money, then the bots won't make a difference. If you have a way of making money, you can use the bots to speed up the repetitive tasks, or to help you find leads either by scraping social media, directories, etc. If you don't have a way of making money, then you could sell bots to them which automate their manual processes. Or you could use it to build a social media audience which you could sell to.
But, honestly, you need to know what you're doing. And I don't just mean, knowing how to build them (you clearly understand that) but the risks and how to mitigate them for your own accounts and accounts for businesses.

It really depends on the power of your computer or servers you have (also proxies if you need instances in different locations) you can literally put it in a datacenter and launch 0 to n bots that will run in parallel
in my computer i can run 10 instances (bots) that work and if the website targeted doesn't have solid detection mechanismes in places I can disable some features to be able to go up to 15 instances.
this is the max that i got with programming it with python but i can switch to a language like c++ and make it way more efficient the only problem is the ROI is too low for me to invest time in it...

search for keywords on my site
enter the website
moves randomly for a short time
random click various links and adsense
and this for many sites....the problem is that it takes 2 weeks to enable Adsense on the sites....so I have few sites for now
