Bots in email lists

How do you eliminate bot emails from your email lists

impossible.. whats my email address? Point is you can't but you can manage what they see as a bot.

no way to remove them from my lists that sucks has to be someway to clean them

There's no way to clean them if they're already there.
If they are bad email addresses - not just bots - most autoresponders will automatically remove them.
What you could do is use double opt-in to prevent further bots from signing up.

If you really want to remove the old "bots", you could resend confirmation emails to the list and after some time, remove anyone that hasn't confirmed (however you want to set that up).
