It's a Twitter API bot, so you will need to request access to the API from twitter (you need to write in and fill in some questions and explain why you want it and why you are not going to use it like a BHW botter).

Github bots are usually more technical to use, more like a library that you have to add some coding pipe work to get it to work how you want. It is free afterall so a bit more effort is usually required. If you are after a free bot, this does seem like the perfect solution for you. Just be aware the time to get it up and working is longer than with a purchase bot

i meant no disrespect i was only meaning members can point
you to a tool, but you will need to apply a little effort to work it
