web traffic is a well known ranking factor
what if we use bot traffic to our site to act as direct web traffic that indicates quality content ?
will this help seo a little bit?

It also does not help much.
It pays to use these bots (Panda Smart Browser, for example) that search in Google by your keyword and then enters your site.

i mean constant free bot traffic like jingling direct on your site
is that will give you some organic traffic?

This question appears here at least twice a month. No, it won't help you in any way. It's a great way to Neg SEO yourself though.
