Bot To Manipulate SERPs+Traffic

As the title says, I'm looking for a bot that can help (not saying rank number 1) serps raise a bit due to CTR. At the same time, I'm looking for traffic generation capabilities in order to experiment in personal websites (without risks or clicks on ads) and even sell to people who love these things.

YouTube views is a great add-on as is something many people look for in order to hit that 4k hour milestone

Share experiences, risks or tips on the subject if you can

PS: appreciate a tool under 100 for lifetime (diabolic is not 20$ anymore ppl)

Not a bot or something you pay a one time fee for, but what about micro worker platforms? You can pay people to search 'x' keyword on any search engine, find and click link, do certain activities while on page, and you pay for each worker who successfully completes your series of tasks.

There's no such thing as 'no risk' with this kind of technique, but risk of any kind of penalty by using real human workers with a reasonable level of activity is very low, and relatively safe in comparison to automated systems.

I said the one time fee part because tools like traffic bit pro charge 70 atm for lifetime access. And I have heard about microworkers but I think on the long run they will be more expensive if I were to sell traffic.
