Son, your post makes no sense.
Bot traffic can't harm your site.. it just eats your bandwidth which makes bot traffic useless. (It could harm your Adsense.. somehow, no idea how, but it's possible.. but a very rare thing to see)
To OP, I'd suggest doing some SEO or social marketing to deliver traffic to your website.

If you need just fake traffic which doesn't convert then you can easily get thousands of visitors per day..
If it is about traffic that converts, then that's a different story.

with a bot and some russian proxies you can get some traffic for sure, but that would be traffic generated by your bot, waste of money and waste of resources, unless you're planning to show your analytics to sell the site maybe.
