Bot to increase Page views

I need a bot to to increase page views on a specific site which should work with proxy.Can anybody suggest how to do it.

A project such as this is not suitable for a novice.

First you must realize which language is the best for you.
I suggest C#, as it is faster than VB .Net, and lets you have more control, like C++.
Then, you must look up the browser control.
Learn about it and all its properties, methods, and such.
Then, learn about WebClient.
