Bot to enable POP in hotmail accounts

Somehow I purchased some hotmail accounts that had the POP disabled. Now the bot that I use to retrieve a particular email from these accts does not work. I need a bot that will enable POP. Unfortunately I need this bot asap. If you have a bot, are willing to make me one or just enable the POP for me then please let me know.
