Bot that messages Connection Requests?

I am in charge of a LinkedIn account that has reached it's connection limit, and has more than 25,000 connection requests pending. I am looking for a bot that will allow me to send messages to the people who are pending, and then delete them from the list of pending connection requests. The important part is that I need to send them a message with other contact information. I will pay for a good, working bot.
