Bot-Software on Android Phone running Ubuntu

I am still trying to combat the new caps and regulations of instagram regarding botting. Ok there is $50/month private proxies but who can afford this in the long term. I am asking into the crowd who can imagine this setup working:

- ubuntu running on galaxy note 9
- sim card and wireless contract/ clean ip
- follow liker or similar local bot app running up to 3 accounts 24/7 on free data plan

Please give me your opinions. Thanks
