Bot settings, around the clock?

Just wondering what are some rough guidelines for bot settings for follow/unfollow method.

Can I run it 24/7, if I'm only following around 500 a day? Just curious to what limits people have pushed too?

Or should I pick an 8 hr window or something similar to do it all in?

If you don't want to get banned you should think like a human would do, no human sits 24/7 or Well I really hope they don't but that's a general rule for botting in general atleast for me to try to act like a human have the same pattern as one atleast
